BQF is the abbreviation for “British Quality Foundation” which is an independent non-profit corporate organization that was founded in the year 1993 by the Department of Trade and Industry (Mejbel, 2023). Specific examples from healthcare sectors and service industries have been considered for highlighting the aspects of the model and its efficiency. Also, the limitations have been mentioned in the study so as to better analyze the mitigation and the challenges which might have to face after implementation. This model helps to provide a proper shape, and structure and create a positive culture in the organization respectively. As per the observation made for the Cup of Kindness when merged with the BJ beverages brand, their share value increases significantly. EFQM model helps an organization to bring change in their management and uplift the business model towards more gain. It has several significances in different aspects of a business which shows its efficiency in any business organization. The use of the EQFM Model certainly enables the organization to build resilience while managing the emerging risk factors that have been identified based on the potential use of their cause of significance which impacts the business in a certain manner (Zhang, 2021). Both the application of the EFQM model along the RADAR model helps to give the organization and their resources for supporting the management key based on the corporate events like the sales and purchase of the business (Bukvič, 2023).
