A Client Will be Eligible For a Refund in Only These Circumstances:-

• A refund would be there if the client has given all the requirements in starting and it is not meeting your requirements as per your needs after 5 revisions.
• You will get a refund if your deadline has been missed and we have committed to give your work on the respective date.
• • It is necessary to share a comprehensive and detailed explanation for getting a refund. Our independent audit team will review this report to verify if a refund is eligible or not.

A client will not be eligible for a refund in these circumstances:-

• If you are giving wrong or incomplete requirements and and the end you are not satisfied then it's your fault.
• If the client is not using our work.
• If you are not sharing the correct requirements and making changes frequently.
• After the work is completed, the feedback includes modifications to the original scope or requirements. Additional costs will be incurred for any additional or changed requirements, and we won't be held accountable for the results if the additional money isn't paid for the redo.
• If you are not responding to the queries which results in delay.
• If your mind changes after few hours after placing the order.

The Assignment Quality isn't up to level or meets the requirements.

Our policy on revisions is that clients can request as many revisions as they want within 4 weeks for free. • The client cannot be satisfied even after the revisions our customer support department will review the assignment and determine a reasonable amount of money to be refunded back. If the assignment is already submitted, then the refund policy cannot be applied.

A refund of the charged amount will be allowed only if the informed problem is still unresolved in the final assignment and has made the quality decrease. If these issues are not being informed since this time and the issues mentioned are used later on to ask for a refund, there will be no refund given.
