Introduction

In this assignment, you will conduct a comprehensive environmental analysis of a company and its industry. This is divided into two tasks. Task 1 will involve conducting detailed research on macro and micro environmental factors. Identifying industry's political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors using PESTLE analysis. Porter's Five Forces and Competitor Analysis will evaluate key drivers of industry competition and profitability, including comparison with a direct competitor. Then, using SWOT analysis, assess the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

In task two of this assignment, you will evaluate environmental analysis, discussing the most impactful factors of PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, and Competitor Analysis. Along with this, a critical assessment of the SWOT analysis has to be done and two growth strategies have to be suggested that could be beneficial for the company's future. It is important to follow Harvard referencing and research evidence has to be included in the appendixes.
