Assignment Objective 

The conference aims to facilitate awareness and dialogue amongst the students about developing themselves for the future. The event will be aligned to 3 pillars, namely Entrepreneurship, Enterprise and  Employability. The event will also feature three seminar tracks – Business and Finance, Personal Development, and Cand Career Development. We would want participants to take away nuggets of information that they can apply as they plan for their future. 

Purpose of Assignment

To organize and execute a 3-day academic festival at the University of Hertfordshire allowing students to celebrate accomplishments and exhibit their work across departments within the University in a ticketed-based event.
