This reflective learning also helps me to gain multiple advantages from my learning sources and adapt them in my own thinking capabilities which make my learning more effective in the real world scenario (Colomer et al., 2020). Ultimately the reflective learning enhances my own writing capabilities in academic standards and brings the benefits from the learning experience from my Business and Tourism Management course. In reflective learning, Gibbs Reflective model holds a strong ground and helps the learners to get better experiences from their past learnings. This theory was first developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to provide the structure to learning from experiences (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). In the end, this entire section demonstrates my own experience in the previous module 1 and reflects that experience by report. In the very beginning, I am discussing the importance of reflection in the higher studies of the Business and Tourism Management Degree. I was discussing the main key elements of reflective writing and providing a proper interview about its importance in the real world scenario. The fundamental skills necessary for progress have been clarified for me after listening to this presentation on the expected behaviours of business and management students. Culture is a major factor in how students act in class, something I have also come to understand. Being on time, being present, and managing one's time well are further critical components (Salas, and Cannon-Bowers, 2001).
