In essence, the literature is consistent with the idea that good oral presentations require preparation, structure and interactivity (Carey 2019). Engaging in various team projects, leading teams demonstrating leadership, and practicing critical analysis helped me to shape a roadmap on how to tackle complex business issues. Learning has always been cumulative, and practical feedback and application cultivated those spheres.
