7006EXQ Twycross Theme Park is an ambitious project that is focused on creating an entertainment hub to boost tourism and stimulate economic growth in the region. The report is aimed at providing sustainable environmental impact assessment (S&EIA) aspects of the theme park development in Twycross. Alongside mitigation strategies for addressing environmental, social and infrastructural impacts associated with the project.

The S&EIA allows the identification of environmental concerns that arise early in the planning stage enabling the developers to incorporate mitigation measures and avoid the negative impacts.
