Your role as a management consultant for a multi-national corporation, GlobalCorp,  is to prepare a comprehensive report that outlines the key risks to GlobalCorp  within the management environment and discuss how the company can mitigate against these risks. You will be required to present a well-researched and persuasive case.

You are required to write a 1500 word individual report based on the research and analysis of contemporary global management issues for different organisational scenarios providing examples. 

You need to reflect on how understanding these issues can impact on your own personal and professional development and why these transferable skills are essential to manage and maintain a career in business.
