As the world rapidly changes, it is crucial for higher education to adapt and evolve in order to remain competitive and provide students with an engaging learning environment that facilitates the acquisition of essential skills and abilities.

In this assignment, your task is to assist the management of the LSBU Business School in identifying ways to support students' learning experiences and enhance their outcomes. You will accomplish this by investigating a specific topic, "Modes of learning, e.g., online, onsite, hybrid, etc.," which will serve as the foundation for your assessment. You will be provided with a secondary data set, and you are expected to employ the techniques learned throughout the module to analyse and represent the data. By thoroughly examining the provided survey data, you should formulate relevant assumptions and claims that can be tested after conducting an analysis of the data.

Lastly, based on your analysis of the student perception data extracted from the dataset, you need to provide recommendations on how it could impact their learning experience. The aim is to present the findings of your research to the School's management, enabling them to make well-informed decisions regarding potential changes that could be implemented to improve students' learning experiences and, consequently, their outcomes.
 
You will need to prepare a report, using MS Word – 1,800 words (+/-10%) plus appendices.  The report must address the following 4 objectives:

• Exploring provided secondary data and pre-processing.
• Analysing the data using MS Excel using different techniques.
• Visualising and interpreting the analysed data.
• Test assumptions/claims and make recommendations.

This assessment will fully assess the following 5 learning outcomes for this module: 

• Summarise numerical data in a variety of graphical forms. 

• Differentiate between the various analytical techniques for solving business problems. 

• Illustrate the importance of stating assumptions.
