In this module, some basics of research projects, particularly from a DBA point of view, will be introduced. It identifies different problems and constraints in research that researchers encounter in a typical DBA programme, and it is intended to educate the participants about good practices in DBA research management.

This unit is designed to help learners develop an understanding of the effective strategic management of human resources, which contributes to the achievement of organisational objectives in a variety of contexts.

Gathering and analysing data is part of the DBA programme. This module aims to build on the knowledge gained in the Research Methods module and to introduce complex research design and approaches to analysing and interpreting literature, and higher-level approaches to analysing complex qualitative and quantitative data.

This module will introduce some basics of research projects, particularly from a DBA perspective. It identifies some challenges and bottlenecks that researchers experience during a typical DBA programme, and tries to explain to participants what the best practices are for managing DBA research.

This unit aims to develop learners’ understanding of theories and models of change management and how they apply to contemporary organisations in the globalised world. Learners will understand the personal characteristics of change agents as well as the evaluation and development of leadership skills to meet current and future strategic change management roles.
