Submit your revision request through the dashboard with specific notes on what needs changing. Revisions are completed within 24 hours for standard orders and within 12 hours for rush orders. Revisions are free provided the request falls within the scope of your original brief.

Your name, contact details, and order information are not shared with third parties. Payments are processed through Stripe with full encryption. Your university is never contacted. No record of your order appears on any external system.

Every writer's degree certificate and subject credentials are verified manually before they are approved on the platform. Their qualification level and subject specialisms are displayed on their profile. You can review these before confirming your order.

If we miss your confirmed deadline, you receive a full refund plus £50 in compensation. This has a clear claims process, which takes less than 24 hours to resolve. Deadline breaches on our side are rare but the remedy is not discretionary.
