Designing an AI System with Chatbot for a Real-world Task 

Project Objective

You will design a conceptual AI system that solves a specific real-world problem or automates a task (e.g., AI for education, healthcare, the environment, etc.). You will also design a chatbot integrated into your proposed AI system. Your project design should reflect the skills and knowledge you learned in this course.

1. Task Selection:

• Brainstorming session to discuss various candidate real life issues and finally choose the most feasible one.

2. System Visualization:

• Use Canva Al or any other tool you choose to design a visual representation of proposed Al system. Visuals could include image generations, flowcharts, diagrams, infographics, or application design interfaces that explain and reflect the system's functionality and others.

3. Chatbot Design:

• Clearly define the chatbot's purpose. Determine if it's for customer support, lead generation, information retrieval, or other purposes.
• Tailor Responses: Ensure the chatbot can engage in conversations that are appropriate for the audience's tone and complexity level.
• Use Al tools such as Botpress or Landbot to design a chatbot for your application. The chatbot should automate interactions, provide timely information, and assist users based on the chosen application area.
• Build Conversational Flow
• Flowchart the Conversation: Design the dialogue flow with branches based on user responses. Make the interaction intuitive and ensure there are logical paths for users to follow. Ensure that your chatbot conversation is fully structured. Think of it as a dialogue that progresses logically rather than just a collection of separate responses. Consider how the chatbot greets users, gathers information, handles questions, and wraps up the conversation. Use Natural Language Processing (NLP): Leverage NLP to interpret user inputs accurately and to generate more human-like responses.
