Assignment Brief

1. Critically apply strategic planning and control models to plan and monitor organisational performance
2. Assess the impact of risk and uncertainty on organisational performance
3. Identify and evaluate design features of effective performance management information and monitoring systems, and recognise the impact of technological developments on these systems
4. Apply appropriate strategic performance measurement techniques to evaluate and improve organisational performance
5. (GA) Reflective Practitioner: Undertake critical analysis and reach reasoned and evidenced decisions, contribute problem-solving skills to find and innovate in solutions

You are required to develop, explain, and discuss your own performance management model drawing upon material studied on the module together with independent research of relevant theory and practice in the field.

You may wish to apply your model to a specific context (organisation), or alternatively develop a more generic framework.
