1. TASKS: 

Write an individual report, upper limit 2,000 words (excluding the reference list and headings), to critically analyse and discuss solutions to sustainable inland logistics and supply chain management for the given case. The report should focus on the economic and environment perspectives in sustainability and follow the structure below. 

Part I:

How to improve the sustainability performance of logistics services by Logistics Innovation? From the Transportation and Distribution Management perspective, critically analyse and discuss potential Logistics Innovation solutions for the sustainable logistics services in the given case, covering both of advantages and disadvantages. Your proposed solutions should be rationalised with given case context and with reference support.

• The report should present the analysis and discussions from both the theoretical argument and practical implication perspectives for enhancing the sustainability performance of inland logistics and supply chain operations.

2. REFERENCES 

References should be clearly provided. Your reading must include academic journal papers, and some recent ones (published in Year 2020 and after) are required. In the meantime, you can have other reference sources for support, such as related websites, official reports, government reports, news, and magazines. It is important that you do wider reading for the assignment, this helps you develop your critical thinking and good understanding on the topics.
