Feedback /Marking criteria for this Assignment

  • Performance will be assessed using HBS Grading Criteria (Rubric)
  • Feedback for improvement will be given in writing via your Canvas module site within 4 weeks of submission
  • Lateness Penalty: For each day or part day up to five days after the published deadline, coursework relating to modules submitted late will have the numeric grade reduced by 10 grade points until or unless the numeric grade reaches the minimum pass mark (UG 40/PG 50).  Where the numeric grade awarded for the assessment is less than the minimum pass mark, no lateness penalty will be applied.  If the coursework is submitted more than 5 days after the published deadline, it will not be marked, and a grade of zero will be awarded. Please note: Referred coursework submitted after the published deadline will be awarded a grade of zero (0).”

Assignment Title: Project Execution, Closure, Analysis & Reflection Report 

Project Closure & Reflection Report (PCR) titled <Client Project> includes. 

  • Project Introduction & Background 
  • Project Initiation Summary (refer to CW2)
  • Project Planning & Schedule Summary (refer to CW3)
  • Project Execution Summary with Analysis of Project Outcomes
  • Project Closure Summary with Client Feedback & lessons learned. 
  • Data collection summary with data analysis, answering the RQ.
  • Literature Review & Case Studies
  • Personal Reflection
  • Conclusion 

Description of the assignment, task, content and structure:

1. The report presentation and standard of writing must follow the UHBS guidelines below.
2. This is an individual assignment and must be submitted anonymously.
3. The Individual submission includes:

  • An analysis of secondary data (practical case studies) and project management theory relevant to the execution and closure phase of project management, and a critique of theory and practice
  • A written business professional report with a word limit of 2000 words (+/- 10%), making maximum use of diagrams, tables embedded as diagrams, graphs, charts, and appendices (which are not included in the word count)
  • A 2-minute self-recorded reflection video recorded either via Teams/Zoom  
  • The title page of the report should include the student ID, the final word count and the Turnitin similarity score.
  • All references should follow the Harvard style of referencing
