What am I required to do in this assignment?

In teams, you will analyse a company—based on either a live or historic case study—that is experiencing strategic and operational challenges during a period of transition or growth. Drawing on the core theories, models, frameworks, and tools covered in the Responsible Leadership and Sustainable Management(RLSM) unit, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and the concept of Responsible Leadership, your task is to critically assess the company’s current situation and identify key challenges and their root causes.

Key Task

You will then apply appropriate business tools and theoretical models to build a well-reasoned case for improvement, grounded in sustainable and responsible management practices.

Your final output will consist of evidence-based and actionable recommendations aimed at supporting long-term value creation and practical organisational change. These recommendations should be clearly presented and supported by strategies in areas such as sustainability, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), leadership, and change management—mindful of their broader implications for people, profit, and the planet, in alignment with the Triple Bottom Line approach.
