University of Plymouth Assessment Briefs

This module invites you to critically engage with the material conditions of buildings, and in doing so, develop a process of investigation, experimentation, prototyping, and speculation around a chosen brief. These include, for instance:

ADV712: This module aims to enable students to reflect on their learning from relevant independent study and CPD activity, and to use this learning to enhance their own professional practice.

There is one summative assessment for MLA602. The assessment brief starts on page 9, but please read carefully all the information provided below.

MLA719 Assessment 2: This coursework report assesses your ability to put these local cases into some form of wider context. Select two other cases you have researched, making sure you have one environmental, one social, and one economically related project.

MLA719 Assessment 1: You are required to deliver a 10-15-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with your tutor, which counts for 20% of your final grade.
