This document is the assessment brief for the Final Year Project (FYP) module for 2026/27. It sets out the overall assessment structure, the marking rubric for the dissertation (Component 2), and detailed instructions - including submission checklists - for each of the five participation activities that make up Component 1.

Your coursework assignment is based on topics you have studied in the first ten weeks of your module, and you should answer both the following questions:

OIM7504-B Assignment: Your essay is an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of key concepts and debates covered in this module, and to show your progress in developing core academic research and writing skills.

HWS6013-B: The Module will provide students with an in-depth critical understanding of the background, terminology, theory, practice and challenges relating to the code of ethics employed by public health.

HWS6012-C: This module will enable students to gain a critical understanding and application of project management and realistic evaluation principles and practice linked to a public health issue.
