The assessment is due at 5PM Friday 13 April. Submit your article critique in Word or PDF format to the Turnitin link on Blackboard in the Assessment 1 folder. Turnitin is an online plagiarism prevention tool which compares submitted work with a large database of existing material.
If you submit work late without requesting an extension, you will receive a late penalty. Work submitted after the deadline will be penalised by a 2.5% deduction per work day.
Inexceptional and unforeseen circumstances, an extension may be granted. To apply for an extension, email your tutor BEFORE Friday 13 April. Please note: it is best to use your myvuw studentemail address as personal email addresses are sometimes detected as junk by the university.
Extensions for up to 48 hours do not require documentation. If you are requesting a longer extension, documentation may be required.
