Question 1: You are required to compose a concise critical summary (précis) of around 600 words.
For this task, you are required to conduct a critical analysis by summarising four to five academic journal articles, focusing on their key issues, arguments, and conclusions.
You will be provided with two core journal articles related to key theoretical perspectives on management of change in contemporary organisations, with a specific emphasis on the following areas:
