Assignment Specification

This is a group work based on the consulting projects allocated. Each group submits ONE recorded Power Point slides to Moodle. Each member of the group shall submit only the 1 st PPT slide (no video) with title and names, which is not to be marked but for submission record. If the project/case is individual based, an individual recorded presentation shall be submitted.

This assignment assesses LO3 and LO4 - Develop skills in technical report writing and presenting that provide high level guidance to executives on digital change.

Recorded PowerPoint Presentation

The content of the presentation shall align with the written report. No new materials that are not included in the report shall be included.

• Each member of the group must present to show equal contribution of the presentation.
• You are suggested to use virtual meeting tool Zoom to record the presentation.
• You should not exceed 8 slides. The first slide shall include the project/case title and your name(s), which is required to submit by each member of the group.
• Your presentation should summarise the key elements from your primary report, focusing on the issue/problems, the practical solutions and how you reached them.
• Key references and data sources should not be included in the slides, but listed in the last slide. No Appendix shall be included.
  Your goal is to demonstrate understanding, knowledge, rigour and evidences in using theoretical models and tools to analyse issues and insight in an enticing presentation.
  • You should consider a presentation targeted at the management of the target consulting organisation or the case company.

This is an opportunity to act like a consultant and demonstrate your professional skills and knowledge. Use your submissions wisely to  demonstrate a good team work. Reading text heavy slides will be marked down.
