Task |
The task is to carry out a video interview. You will need to answer the questions as if you were applying to a real company for a real vacancy. Please choose the company and the job role you would like to apply for in advance. You will need to: · Record your answers on the ShortlistMe platform using the link which will be sent to you by email by the module convenor. · The questions will include motivational and competency questions about: o your chosen role and the employer o a randomised selection of 4 of the 9 Henley Skills (Appendix 2) · Questions will be randomised by the software · See sample questions below: 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Why are you so interested in this company? 3. What excites you about this job role? 4. Give an example of how you influenced others to take ESG seriously. 5. Tell me about a time when you have worked effectively as part of a team. 6. Describe a time when you had to communicate complex information to others with a different level of understanding. You will be given two minutes to prepare each question and you will have 90 seconds to record your answer. You have 3 attempts to record your answers. |
