This is based on the various roles you may have in life (identity) and identification with various types of social groups (social identity). Please see the provided form as an aid to help you REFLECT and think about identity, various social roles, as well as values, norms and schemas. These can be shaped by both your cultural background(s) and social affiliations, as well as upbringing and personal experiences.
The overall quality of this exercise will depend on the level and depth of reflection, which demonstrate so-called meta-cognitive analysis (the ability to critically analyse one’s self based on one’s cultural backgrounds and life experiences).
We are aware that certain aspects of your identity may be deeply personal, and you might not feel comfortable sharing them with us.
