f) The roles of trade unions in ensuring the effective implementation of the FWA.
g) Strategies for implementing the FWA that can equally empower employees while optimising employers’ human resources and operational costs.
Your review must focus on the Malaysian context, but you may also make comparisons with the context of other countries where relevant.
The literature may include sources such as journal articles, newspapers, government documents, legislation, court judgments, and other reliable references.
All references must be cited clearly and comprehensively according to the APA 7th edition referencing format. Only valid and credible sources are acceptable. The inclusion of fictional sources will result in a deduction of marks or any other penalty deemed appropriate by the instructor.
