Background:
Noida Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is a prominent enterprise-level healthcare organization with a global footprint. The company operates a network of 50 multinational companies (MNCs) spread across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Each of these MNCs serves as a regional hub providing a wide array of healthcare services, including diagnostics, outpatient care, hospital management, telemedicine, and pharmaceutical distribution.

Despite its global presence, the organisation relies heavily on manual and paper-based systems to manage critical operations such as:
