You should include a description of what you have learnt about the role of different types of communication and how they can impact on different areas of work.
You should talk about the role of communication in managing potential conflict and negotiation.
You should talk about the role of interprofessional working and how it features in the context of the area you have chosen.
Your podcast should:
Outline what interprofessional working is, why this is needed, and how this is done within your chosen role/organisation considering who the key stakeholders are
Consider how people communicate within your organisation, and how they communication with outside stakeholders.
Review the importance of clear communication and collaboration within the role/organisation
You can refer to your own experiences where appropriate here (LO1) i.e the role communication played to support a success or an issue
Describe the different types of communication and the impact they can have.
This should include a discussion on verbal and non-verbal communication.
You should specifically consider the impact of these different forms of communication on multi professional team working
Discuss the role of communication in managing potential conflict and negotiation.
This should include at lest 1 theory relating to conflict management.

You should have clear, professional communication in your podcast.
Your work should refer to the sources of your knowledge where you are using theory, concepts, published material etc. to support your views and opinion.
This can be addressed verbally as “name” or “name in year”, as you would within a written piece.

Your podcast should be accessible and engaging for a non-specialist audience.
You should clearly explain key terms and maintain a tone suitable for public engagement
