Produce a portfolio made up of the following components:

1) A completed A3 Business Model Canvas for a business case study provided to you by your tutor.

2) A 1500-word reflective report on the process you went through to develop your Business Model Canvas, how you
approached the task, research undertaken, what you learnt from the process and a paragraph explaining and
justifying each of the nine sections of the BMC (with a focus on innovation) and how they interlink with academic
referencing and industry data as appropriate.

3) A 500 word summary of the innovative nature of the business that you were assigned and how they use
creativity in their business model.

4) A reference list to Harvard Referencing standards.

3. Summary of Innovative Nature and Creativity

· The 500-word summary should effectively describe the innovative nature of the assigned business and how creativity is utilised within its business model.

· The summary should be concise, well-structured, and supported by relevant examples and references.

· The summary should align with the reflective report and BMC, showing a cohesive understanding of the business's innovation and creativity.

 

4. The portfolio as a whole:

The portfolio should demonstrate a clear understanding of factors impacting the internal environment of the enterprise and its ability to innovate (LO1), how creativity leads to new ideas and innovation (LO2), and the application of relevant theories, concepts, and applications to innovation (LO3).
