Complete a project status report during the middle of your project. There is no word limitation but your report will need to cover the overall plan of your project phases or stages which can be presented as a diagram. You also need to clearly indicate 1) the current project status in your overall project plan (diagram); 2) issues happened and lessons learned from the work completed; 3) anticipated problems for any work remained; and 4) changes to the baseline plan for the remaining work.
The Project Status Report will need to include three appendixes which are to be submitted together: “Project Teamwork Consent Form”, “Project Scope Statement”, and “Business Ethical Approval Form”. Templates of these attachments can be found and downloaded on Moodle.
Formative assessment is not a compulsory assessment and therefore it will NOT be marked but feedback will be provided to students who choose to make a submission. However, students are encouraged to make a submission in order to better control their leaning process and enhance the quality of the summative assessment.

Please ensure that your report has a strong academic foundation including theory, empirical evidence and references. If you use material from case studies or company websites remember that they need to be properly quoted and referenced just like all other materials.
