What am I Required to do in this Assignment?

You will be required to engage in a business simulation activity, then apply strategic management approaches and theories you have learned in class and apply strategic management tools by performing an internal and external strategic analysis. 
The submission of the assessment will consist of an individually written report of 2400 (+/- 10%) words, assessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the main strategic approaches and theories and relating them to the external/internal environment that shapes a business. The assessment accounts for 40 % of the total mark.

• Demonstrate the following knowledge and understanding :
  Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of strategic approaches and theories and relate them to the external/internal environment that shapes a business.
• Demonstrate the following skills and abilities: 
  Deploy analytical tools of strategic management about both the external and internal environments of organizations to synthesize, evaluate and develop appropriate strategic options in a complex environment.
