Case study: Discussing Change & Innovation in Business (Individual) (100 marks)

The pace of change, increasing complexity, and uncertainty across many industries have significantly impacted organisations both locally and globally. While some organisations have struggled to adapt and innovate, others have successfully adjusted, survived, or even thrived in rapidly changing environments.

This assessment is composed of two parts. You are required to:

  1. Produce a written report developed in Cadmus AND
  2. Discuss the contents of your report in a one-on-one meeting with your kaiako.

Important: The final assessment judgement (marks) will be based on both the written report and the oral discussion. While the report content is assessed through the written submission, evidence provided during the oral discussion will also be considered when determining the student’s understanding, application of concepts, and authenticity of the work.
