  •  Scenario 6: The free movement of persons. 

Task 3 

Prepare a video presentation on ONE of the following contemporary issues of EU law: 

  • Climate justice. 
  • The Windsor Framework. 
  • The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023. 
  •  European External Action and the war in Ukraine. 
  • The migrant crisis. 

Your presentation should cite the relevant treaty provisions, legislation, and case law. It should  include a critique of how the law operates, or any relevant proposals for change. It should include a  bibliography at the end. Your presentation should be uploaded in video format (.mp4, .m4v, .mov).  You must also upload any slides used.

  3. Critically analyse substantive EU law. 
  4. Use a wide range of specialist skills in order to formulate responses to problem scenarios  covering both public and substantive aspects of EU law.
