3. Understand how prudential financial regulation/supervision mitigates these risks – from the perspective of the individual institution but also the financial system
4. Understand the factors that led 2008/09 financial crisis and the effects the crisis had on risk management and financial regulation and supervision
5. Understand the potential opportunities and threads FinTech/BigTech companies pose to the incumbent institutions, the financial system more broadly, and society
