You’ve just landed a new role as Global Product (Manager) in a Multinational Company based in the US. As your first assignment, your line manager asks you to launch a new product preferably in the UK

You are a policy adviser working for a national regulator of a mature infrastructure network (you can choose the infrastructure and the nation). Write a paper discussing the opportunities and barriers for digitalization in the sector and outline a strategy for the regulator to support digitalization and address risks in its implementation.

I encourage all students to choose presentations in early weeks in order to be done with this part of the assessment as quickly as possible and to be able to focus on the remaining assessments.

The assessment aims to create a presentation on a given topic that will demonstrate students' understanding of preservation methods and allow them to reflect on the interaction between commodities, safety, stability, sustainability and legislative requirements.

You are required to read the case study familiarise yourself with its findings and come up with a set of practical recommendations to the organisation. Your recommendations should be focused on how governance,  organisational culture, leadership and employee motivation are aligned to overcome the problems faced by the organisation.

Some movement out of the organisation is only natural, as employees move locations, reach a new stage in life, or change roles for other reasons. The retention of valuable employees is extremely important to the sustainable performance of organisations.
