Group Presentation 

• Google's philosophy is "to create the happiest, most productive workplace in the world" and they continue to top the lists of best companies to work for. 
• Free food, transparency and a 20% programme are some of the ways in thich Google seeks to motivate staff. Use one content theory and one process theory of motivation, learnt on the module, to explain: 

                          (a)how these and/ or other Google policies attempt to motivate.
                          (b) whether these policies are likely to be successful
