Purpose of this assessment

You are tasked to evaluate an organisation and benchmark its practices against a third party standard/benchmark/ criteria such as UN Global Compact, FTSE4Good, Down Jones BCorp, WWF Sustainable Luxury, etc.

Task Required

Evaluate a firm's international management and governance practices and make suitable recommendations for enhancement.

Your essay should consist of an introduction of the organisation, their corporate governance structure, appraisal of the sustainability agenda in their products/processes. To ensure that there is good evidence of criticality in your work, it is advisable that your analysis also reference the third-party benchmark you are using and examples/ case study material of the organisation as evidence of your scrutiny. Further, you may wish to draw on examples of other organisations to present your solution for a more responsible approach to management.
