Assessment Title:  An exploration of the care and management of a patient with complex health needs.

Assessment Task:

• Choose either Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or Colorectal Cancer (CRC) to create an evidence-informed discussion, underpinned with appropriate bioscientific knowledge that critically examines the following key areas in delivering high-quality care:
• Critically explore epidemiology and its significance for an individual and wider society.
  Select an evidence-based aspect of nursing care; evaluate how you would assess, manage, and deliver high-quality care within an interdisciplinary context.

Assessment Support
