- Develop an academic poster on any Health and social care issue. - Write a reflective statement (1000 words) with a chosen reflective model/theory. - Ensure you use the template provided for the poster with the contents.

You are required to attempt this assessment and submit via the Turnitin.

This formative is reviewed and please ensure you use the feedback to complete the  rest of the summative assignment. (To be submitted as per Timetable details) 
Please ensure you incorporate formative feedback into improving the 1000- words that you will use in completing your summative work.

An academic research poster on a contemporary Health and social care issue, accompanied by a 2500-word critical reflection.

Instruction:

- Ensure an appropriate cover page is used (Provided on the HUB).

- Provide a reflective account on the poster developed on ANY healthcare issue of choice (poster from formative).

You must apply all details as indicated in the Assessment preparation sessions and in the Programme Handbook.

• Font size 12.
• Font Style Ariel.
• Line Spacing 1.5.
• Header / Footer your SRN and Page Number.
• Apply Harvard Referencing.
• All answers must be referenced.
• Reference list.
• Submit via Turnitin.

Assessment regulations

• You may receive verbal and written feedback on Formative work, which is intended to aid your learning experience.
  
  
• For all assessed academic work, feedback will be available four weeks after the submission date. This feedback and any grade awarded are provisional until the Board of Examiners have ratified your awarded grade.
  
  
• Remember to use your feedback in conjunction with the assignment; the aim is to improve your performance, use feedback constructively to plan future
