Guidance

1. You should save the final file using ONLY your SID number as the file name for canvas submission. 
2. You should attach the Front Sheet before your own work. 
3. You should adhere to the 4,000 word limitation. There will be a 10% penalty if the assignment is too long. Please indicate the word count on the cover page. 
4. The word count excludes tables, charts, graphs, formulas, appendices and reference list. In sum, the word count refers only to the narratives. 
5. We treat assessment offence seriously at ARU (more information is available at http://web.anglia.ac.uk/anet/academic/qad/module_guide/modguide_assessmentoffences.php). All the resources must properly cited in your assignment. The formatting must follow Harvard Referencing guideline for both the construction of the reference list and the proper in-text citation formats. 6. You should provide an `extensive’ list of references comprising a combination of: academic journals, textbooks, good quality periodicals such as FT or WSJ or The Economist, good quality websites (e.g. no Wikipedia or Investopedia). 
7. Remember that you can only submit once and one file ONLY for each element for each module in Turnitin. If you want to use the originality check on Turnitin, use the `Check Originality Report (COR)’ section to do this. DO NOT use the `Final Submission’ section to check for originality report since you can only submit once. 
8. The reference list should be named as such, i.e. do not use `bibliography’. You MUST cite all of the sources in your reference list, i.e. do not list references that you do not use. 
9. You should use either Arial or Times New Roman between 10 to 12 font sizes and use 1.5” paragraph spacing throughout. Use a `justified’ margin whenever possible and centre all graphs, charts, figures, tables, etc. 
10. Title and table of contents are required. You do not need to reproduce the questions on the assignment. 
11. You should format the label for each figure/table/graph/chart, e.g. `Fig. 1. Figure Name’. Please provide a source if you did not create the figure yourself (using a smaller, but legible, font size). 
12. Check your Turnitin access at least one week prior to submission and keep multiple copies until submission date. 
13. Last but not the least, check your submission after you submit your work and make sure you submit your work successfully.
