Project Description

You are working in a local marketing research company. Your company is hired to support the product-market strategy of a client firm with a brand in a product category listed in Table 1 on the coordination file (please check Learn Hub). 

Deliverables

The client questions which market to enter globally. You have about one month to prepare an analysis of various national markets and present the recommended alternative to a set of directors and managers of the client firm.

• A shortlist of the three best alternatives
• Recommended national market to enter 

Following the first presentation, you are asked to present a research proposal to support the client with further research on how to enter that market.

Presentations are limited to 20 minutes in total, with 5 minutes of Questions and Answers.
