Leadership Style Poster

The module will be assessed by the creation of one ‘Leadership Style Poster’, which will make up 100% of the grade. Utilising your digital skills, you will develop a poster to showcase your leadership style, which will include theoretical underpinnings applied to real life organisations and future sustainable business challenges.

This assessment will test learning outcomes:

1. Critically evaluate mainstream approaches to leadership and management in relation to current and future business needs.
2. Identify the core leadership skills sought after by employers and appraise your own leadership practice in relation to these.
3. Engage in reflective leadership practice to understand their strengths and areas for development in relation to sustainable and digital leadership.

Style and Submission Guidance

The overall word count for this assessment is 3000 words.
1. You are required to create your poster as a single PowerPoint Slide covering LO’s 1 and 2. Suggested word count 1,500 words.
2. You then need to create a single supporting word document to reflect on your learning from the module and how you intend to develop your leadership practice covering LO 3. Suggested word count 1,500 words.
3. This document must also capture all the text and references from your poster, as well as a full-page image of your poster, including a front cover page detailing your name and student number, module title and code, and the name of your class tutor. This document will be uploaded to Turn-it-in.
