A. Overview

MGT503 Subject Learning Outcomes:

• CLO1: Critically examine the different moral frameworks, philosophies of ethics, aspects of stakeholder relationships and social responsibility in business decision-making.
• CLO2: Examine, formulate and defend ethical decision making in the diverse workplace and at the group level.
• CLO3: Develop an ethics program and ethics audit for improving sustainable business practices professionally and effectively.

B. Instructions

Steps:

Write an essay in 2000 words discussing any 3 Corporate Social Responsibility Theories. Explain the strengths of the theories and discuss how corporations can be more responsive to the interests of society as a whole by adopting and implementing them.

Additional requirements:

APA referencing will need to include appropriate refereed references in text to support the discussion, as well as quote sources of information.
Presentation including labelled diagrams/tables, spelling and formatting.

C. Submission Guidelines

Word count: The word length is 2000 words, excluding the table of contents and references, but including tables and figures. State the word count in the last page before the References page.

Formatting: The assignment must be submitted as a Word Document. The settings of the Word document include: A4 portrait size paper with 1-inch page margins in Times New Roman 12 with 1.5 line spacing in justified format.
Cover page: Students must attach an assignment cover page with their name, student ID, subject code and title, and the deadline for the assignment.
Referencing style: Use APA 7th referencing style.
