• Assess organisational issues and identify appropriate solutions
• Critically analyse the organisational systems and processes to plan and implement solutions

Case Study:

• 1000 words (+/- 10%), excluding references
  
• Read the case study provided and answer the questions. 
  
• The assignment will require you to conduct additional  reading. 
  
• Essay format – Not a report 
  
• Referencing – Harvard Style

Submission:

• Submit via Turnitin link on the module page under the Assessment section. 
• References (at least 05 references): Reference to sources, including directions for further study. Were relevant readings examined and used selectively in the work? Were your arguments supported? 
• Presentation: Proper organisation. Logical flow and clearly presented with limited spelling and grammatical errors. Was the submission very well expressed and understanding of content with limited spelling or grammatical errors?

Structure:

• Introduction and Background 
• Diagnosis - Outline the business issues/failures at Go Global. Identify these in the organisational context, i.e. strategy, operations, marketing, etc. 
• Analysis - Why are these failures? Could they have been avoided? Support your arguments with evidence from the case and the literature
