Tutorial Structure

At the end of each week you'll have access to the word/powerpoint file that will outline all tutorial activities 

You'll also be given a list of recommended readings and content. Some of these will be used in the tutorials, but the recommended readings will not be assessable unless specifically stated. 

• You might like to use these as a supplement to the lecture, or as a revision tool after completing activities.

Tutorials will usually include self-reflective activities, a few practical activities and/or questions that require integration or abstract thinking 

Building connections between topics is a great way to expand your understanding of topics as it requires deep and careful thought. 

• The exams will be based on these type of questions as well.

Assessment

• Book review -due week 4
• Literature Review -due week 10
• Final exam -due after week 12
• Tutorial participation -every week 

Assignments in this unit are due by 11.55pm on Fridays. The exam will be open for two days. 

Specific details for each piece of assessment are available in the moodle tab. There will be instructions and practice questions before each exam.

• Tutorial participation -every week 

You cannot apply for short extensions on the final exam or tutorial participation. 

If you are unable to undertake the exam, you will need to apply for special consideration. If granted, you will take an alternate exam the following week. There are no further chances for special consideration.

Providing definitions will not earn you any marks (unless the assignment specifically asks for them)
