• Examine how these concepts interrelate and their collective impact on team dynamics and project outcomes, highlighting areas of debate and consensus among scholars. 

Synthesis and Argument Development

• Synthesize your critical analysis to construct a coherent argument regarding the optimal approaches to leadership and team development for project success. 

• Justify your stance by integrating evidence from the literature with practical considerations, such as project type, team composition, and organizational environment.
