Nowadays, organisations heavily depend on teams or teamwork to achieve their goals and objectives. Teams are crucial for boosting efficiency, fostering innovation, and enhancing employee morale by leveraging diverse skills to achieve common goals.

Recently, Namib Mills has been experiencing problems relating teamwork and employee co-operation in the workplace. As a specialist in business psychology who understands how individuals and groups behavior in the workplace, the company contracted you to
help them resolve these problems.
