The report is split into 3 sections:

Section One: Write a reflective summary explaining how you located and critically evaluated high quality evidence from a variety of sources in order to write your Evidence Based Practice Report.
Section Two: Choose an area of practice in which you are interested, summarise the evidence based for the approach, include critical evaluation throughout. Close your report by identifying how an appreciation of evidence-based practice approach will enhance decision making in your own field.
Section Three: Summarise the key insights from your reflective journal in order to critically analyse how learning from this module has transformed your understanding of your practice and its impact on future personal development and learning needs.
