Assessment 2: Sustainability Plan

This assessment requires you to develop a sustainability plan for the company as they embark on the international growth strategy based on the GMOA undertaken in Assessment 1. 
The plan must include three of the sustainability activities outlined in the Global Sustainability Management framework.

Based on the company and chosen market in Assessment 1, you now have to create a Global Sustainability Plan for the international growth strategy of InTunes. There are a number of activities the company can focus their sustainability efforts on. Choose THREE activities from the Global Sustainability Management framework:

• Reducing waste
• Reducing carbon emissions
• Protecting workers’ rights
• Ethical and sustainable supply chains
• Sustainable marketing and promotion

6 sections: Assessment 2: Structure

• Introduction:     Identify and explain the choice of the 3 sustainability activities    
• Sustainability Activity 1: Explain how Activity 1 supports the sustainability goals
• Sustainability Activity 2:    Explain how Activity 2 supports the sustainability goals    
• Sustainability Activity 3: Explain how Activity 3 supports the sustainability goals    
• GMOA and Sustainability Plan: Discuss how the plan supports the market opportunity (outcome of Assessment 1)
• Conclusions:    Summarise the key findings from the Sustainability Plan and how they help achieve the sustainability goals.
