Assignment task

Within your presentation you must:

1. Analyse a given case study of a fast-growing SME that does not make use of BI or have a Business Information System in place. 
2. Identify the key business problems within the SME.
3. Develop a rationale for implementing BIS to resolve these problems for the SME business owner.
4. Include a thorough account of the benefits of using BI, including why business information systems are an asset to businesses.

The case study will be provided on Moodle.

Overview

As a business systems consultant, your objective is to recommend the implementation of a Business Information System (BIS)  to improve business operations and performance for an SME that does not currently utilise any BIS.
