C) Customer service is an increasingly important aspect of competitiveness and a link between logistics and marketing. Evaluate the elements of customer service and critically discuss how they relate to marketing mix linking to your  chosen company.

D) What are operations and supply chain functions responsible for in each of the product  development phases?
 
E) Critically analyse the company’s (your chosen company) stance on digitisation, ethics, and sustainability in the area of  supply chain and marketing.
