Scenario

This assessment will help develop your understanding of the relationship between a specific site and the type of building which can be constructed on it.

You will use a coastal zone location within the Napier City Council area. A specific building site has not been identified.

Overview: Prepare a building site analysis and structure description

This task is designed to follow on from Assessment 2 and develop your understanding of the type of building that can be constructed, so you can offer your recommendation for alternative construction methods.
Write a three-part report to describe aspects of the house construction in detail. Identify and describe any implications legislation might have for the proposed construction and offer recommendations for alternative construction methods.
