Component 1

Overview

You are required to prepare and present a group presentation (Approx. 10 - 12 PowerPoint slides) to explain the different environmental strategies that need to be implemented to reduce the energy consumption of a proposed new house with the aim of achieving a specific sustainability rate using BREEAM sustainability rating system. 

Component 2 

Overview

You are required to write a 3000-word report about sustainable construction and its impact on social, economic and environmental factors.
